Information collected on this site will be used to register and verify your business listings in order to optimize your business search options through different voice search technology platforms and provide additional business offers to meet optimization goals. Approved Providers Network also provides technology and software to assist businesses in generating reviews and management of online directory listings.

Prior to using this service, Approved Providers Network dba APN, Apntech and Voice Search Registration (collectively "we", "us", "our", or "the Company") requires you to review this Privacy Policy and you acknowledge that you read, understand and agree to be bound to all the terms and conditions of this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information about you and your business for various purposes to provide and improve our Service for you.

Personally Identifiable Information

Sensitive Personal Information may include: Government ID, Social Security Number, Login Credentials, Business Financial records, and Business Payroll information. Personal Information includes: email address, first and last name, phone number, company name, company address, company website, and unique identifiers.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Demographic information: zip code and personal/online interests. Behavioral information: operating system type, unique device identifiers, IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and diagnostic data. Web Technology Information: page URL, date and time of form submission, contact information inputted, IP address, and referring/exit pages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Additional Disclosures

APN is a third-party company that assists service providers in obtaining voice search recognition. We work with platforms such as Alexa, Siri and Google Home; however, APN is not affiliated with Alexa, Siri, or Google Home, and does not have control over ranking results.

Mobile Terms

APN will communicate with you via text as part of our Services; message frequency varies. Data and message rates may apply. To opt-out, text STOP at any time. Text HELP for assistance or email ProSupport@apncare.com.

All messaging and contact information is for the sole purpose of APN and is not shared with other third parties.

Storage, Security & Data Retention

PII and NonPII will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Terms of Service Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement is a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between users and Approved Providers Network, LLC dba APN, Apntech and Voice Search Registration, a California limited liability company and its affiliates (collectively "APN", "we", "us", "our", or "Company").

Services Offered

Services are intended for U.S. residents and businesses; users must be at least 18 years of age. Our Services include verification of accurate business information to optimize business listings, directories, maps and other apps for voice recognition search capabilities. We may charge a fee for Services.

Mobile Terms

When you sign up for the Services you are giving your prior express written consent for APN to contact you via autodialed, pre-recorded methods to the phone number you provided. You are providing your ESIGN electronic signature and express written consent for APN to contact you via text using any automated telephone dialing device, prerecorded/artificial voice and/or artificial technology (data and msg rates may apply; text HELP for help, STOP to cancel) even if your number is listed on any Do-Not-Call registry. Consents will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All messaging and contact information is for the sole purpose of APN and is not shared with other third parties.

Prohibited Use

Use of this Website and Services is subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using this Website or Service for any illegal purpose, transmission of unlawful or harmful material, interference with the Website or Services, use of automated devices to monitor or access content without written permission, fraud, or conduct that misrepresents your identity.

No Warranty

The Services shall be provided "AS IS." APN makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that your use of our Services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

APN and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages related to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

All disputes or claims arising between you and us relating to this Agreement or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except that claims under $1,000.00 may be asserted in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Agreement.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its rules pertaining to Consumer-Related Disputes. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

Indemnity

All users agree to indemnify and hold APN, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and/or licensors blameless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

APN reserves the right to modify, alter and/or discontinue our service or any part thereof at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement and the posted Privacy Policy. Your continued use of these Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
